Book Bill

$100.00 per Child not to exceed $300.00 per Family, due at time of billing after the Annual Giving Fund is complete. NOTE: Participation in the Annual Giving Fund can eliminate the Fundraising Fee, Book Bill and reduce tuition. Detailed information on benefits of participation and when the program begins is available through the school office.

Fund Raising Fee

$100.00 per family who do not participate in the Annual Giving Fund.  (Families are encouraged to participate with a minimum of $100 solicited tax-deductible donations in order to avoid this fee.)

 

Tuition Payment Plans K-8th Grade

Plan A: Pay tuition in full by July 5, 2017 by check to the School/Business Office or debit via FACTs.  Deduct $100.00 from the cost of tuition if you choose Plan A.  A late payment will incur a $100.00 late fee.

Plan B: Pay tuition in two payments.  The first is due July 5, 2017 by check to the School/Business Office or debit via FACTs. The second is due November 7, 2016 by check to the School/Business Office or debit via FACTs.  Deduct $50.00 from the cost of tuition if you choose Plan B.  A late payment will incur a $50.00 late fee.

Plan C: Pay tuition in eleven monthly payments via automatic debit through FACTs Tuition Management.  You can choose to have your account debited on the fifth, the twentieth or the fifth and the twentieth of the month.  Payments will begin in July 2017.

 

Tuition refund policy

Your financial obligation is based on the grading trimesters. Once a trimester begins you are responsible for the entire tuition for that trimester.

 

Effects of serious delinquency

A parent is deemed to be seriously delinquent if the tuition payments are past due thirty days or more.  After thirty days the Finance Manager or a member of Finance Council will contact the parent to make payment arrangements.  Students of parents who do not contact the Finance Manager or default on the payment arrangements may be subject to not being allowed to attend class and the parents may be notified to come and take the student home until the total past due balance has been satisfied. A $30.00 NSF fee will be assessed for insufficient funds.

 

We have partnered with FACTs Tuition Management https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3PYMB to process our tuition payments.  After you register your student(s) with the school office, please take a few minutes to set up your tuition account.  After you have completed this step, the Business Office will then enter your tuition information and you will receive your payment schedule.

1. You will first need to create an online account.
2. Then click on the Set Up a Payment Plan link.
3. Select the school year for which you will be paying.
4. Complete the steps as prompted.

 

Financial Aid

Financial aid information for the Diocese of Wilmington’s Vision for the Future Education Fund is available in the school office. Parents must pick-up the information in the school office and sign for the packet. Application must be submitted online through the FACTS system. (10 payments of $530.00)

Full Day Preschool Tuition Payment Plan

Tuition payments are made in 10 equally monthly payments ($530.00) via automatic debit on the 11th of the month.  A $30.00 fee will be assessed for insufficient funds.  A $200.00 non-refundable registration fee is due for new students.  A $100.00 non-refundable registration fee is due for returning students.
